The club is very lucky to have two properties - the cottage (for members and their guests) and the barn (for booking out to groups). It does mean twice as much maintenance though!

- New fire escape installed in the barn lounge
- Fire doors fitted in barn and cottage
- Barn washroom totally refurbished
- Cottage drying facilities completed

- Ceilings in the barn bedrooms replaced
- Two 80 year old beech trees felled from behind the barn

- Floor tiled in cottage kitchen and bathroom
- Cottage Kitchen redecorated

2006 |
- The mains water pipe to the cottage and barn replaced
- Cottage lounge repainted

In 2008 the committee aim to focus on the cottage lounge (and hallway) so that the cottage becomes more of a home from home with a decent floor, comfortable but hard-wearing furnishings and maybe even a new fireplace.
